Nominal annual rate
The unit-period rate is the rate that sets the present value of the scheduled payments, including a smaller or larger final payment from cent rounding, equal to the amount financed. That rate is multiplied by the number of payments per year. The result is shown to two decimals. With no fees, the APR matches the note rate aside from that rounding.
