SIP Calculator
Estimate a mutual fund SIP, lump sum, or withdrawal. You type the rate. Results are estimates, not advice.
Smart Tips
• Use monthly SIP for a regular mutual fund installment, lump sum for one investment, and SWP for a regular withdrawal.
• Type the annual return yourself. This page does not fetch a scheme return or a NAV.
• SIP and lump sum show amount invested, estimated gain, and maturity.
• SWP says whether the figure is how long the balance lasts or the ending balance.
• Cash flows are at the start of the month. Growth is applied after the deposit or withdrawal.
• A partial year rounds to the nearest month. One year is twelve monthly steps.
The Formula
Lump sum: FV = P × (1+i)^n
SWP: balance = (balance − W) × (1+i)
Amount you type
Annual percent ÷ 100 ÷ 12
Years × 12, nearest month
Taken at the start of the month
The extra (1+i) on the SIP line means the installment is at the start of the month. At a zero rate, SIP maturity is P × n. Estimated gain is maturity minus the amount invested. SWP stops when the balance cannot fund the next withdrawal and then reports how long it lasted. If the term is fully funded, it reports the ending balance.
Key Insights
One page, three modes
Mutual fund SIP, lump sum, and SWP are modes here. They are not separate calculators.
You type the rate
There is no scheme list and no last traded price. The return is only the percent you enter.
Start of the month
Deposits and withdrawals happen before that month's growth, not after it.
SWP says which figure
If the corpus runs out, you see how many months it lasted. If it does not, you see the ending balance.
